This community event will be moderated by Lynn Robinson, former Mayor of the city of Santa Cruz, and will feature public safety advocate Lynne Brown and a panel of local experts:

Lynne Brown will deliver a brief but compelling multimedia presentation, which will shed light on information not disclosed to the public about policies that diminish safety in our communities. This will be followed by comments from our panel and Q & A with the audience.

All net proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the S.C.P.D. PRIDE Program. “Personally Responsible Individual Development in Ethics” SCPD Pride is a multi-faceted approach to early gang prevention for local kids aged 12-15. Through mentoring and education, the program is designed to empower at-risk youth to overcome social barriers, help them understand how current life choices can impact their future, and place them on a path toward a positive and successful life.
