Keeping our city and county clean is everyone's job. TBSC is an organization dedicated to educating our community about litter abatement and beautification in order to help preserve the health and promote the social and economic prosperity of our city and county.
The web of tangled jurisdictions (City, County, Cal Trans etc) can be frustrating and maddening to figure out who does what, who do I call? Ever been bounced from one department or entity to the next? We have! We here at TBSC are hoping to untangle some of those webs and to provide tools for a safer and cleaner Santa Cruz.

Bike Registration
The primary reason to register a bike - you can prove it’s yours in the event that it’s stolen & in the event that it’s recovered with the serial number intact.

Santa Cruz Neighbors is also an excellent resource -- Santa Cruz Neighbors, Inc. is a city-wide 501(c)3 nonprofit organization representing a network of neighborhoods which partners with educational institutions, local government, local businesses, and non-profits dedicated to safer neighborhoods, community oriented government and provides a neighborhood voice for the residents of Santa Cruz.
